Meghan Runkle has been working with clay for a number of years. Rare Earth Studio is based out of her home in Hendersonville, NC. All of her pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe. The glazes made at Rare Earth are also completely non-toxic and safe for everyday use.

Meghan has created a collection of hand built porcelain “tea bags” in a variety of styles and colors. These sculptures are a rare combination of form and function, as they are useable tea pots.
