October’s Theme “Inspired by Nature”
Greetings!
The (R)evolving Arts Gallery located at 511 N. Main St. in Historic Hendersonville will kick off several special events in conjunction with the “Arts Council presents” celebration of 10 days of the Arts. The Gallery’s theme for October is “Inspired by Nature” with ten artists exhibiting new work. As the season causes us to think of the harvest and bounty that nature provides it is not always available to all in our community. Therefore, Manna Food Bank will be the selected non-profit for October.
Saturday, October 10th from 11:00a-2:00p Mary Farmer, award winning local artist, will demonstrate encaustic painting. Artist reception with refreshments will be held for Ms. Farmer from 4:00p-7:00p.
This is a great time for the local community of art lovers to visit the Gallery’s nature sanctuary. The Gallery continues to contribute a percentage of every sale to the artist’s designated non-profits.
For more information contact The (R)evolving Arts Gallery at 828-692-9996 or art@therevolvingartsgallery.com.

| “Flight”

“Flight” a mixed media sculpture by Gallery Director Julie Spalla has found its forever home. Ms. Carrie just loves the way the fireplace lighting makes the sculpture seem to soar.
Thank you Ms. Carrie for believing in us and our philosophy of building community by purchasing
