The (R)evolving Arts Gallery will be a vibrant and collaborative business partner with the greater “community” as the Arts are essential to the development of all people.
Mission Statement
The Gallery will provide a handmade soulful art experience for clients-customers while providing sustainable income for the artists. We will build collaborative partnerships in Hendersonville, Western North Carolina and the greater community to preserve a historic main street venue. Our success will be measured by creating a diverse local, regional and national level of support for the “Arts” and artists. With an emphasis to showcase the talent and skill levels of all artists, the space will honor and encourage diversity of thought, ethnicity and provide a venue for non-profits and/or charitable organizations to be supported through the business plan of the gallery.
Core Values
The gallery will support both the visual and performing arts providing a venue to explore the talent of our local and regional artists.
The gallery is an inclusive environment and will welcome people from all backgrounds without regard to age, race and/or gender.
The gallery owners, artists and community partners will conduct business with an “attitude of gratitude.”
This is an art “collaborative” the gallery director and asst. director will act as team leaders with artists, gallery associates and community partners engaging all in an open dialogue to build on goals and strategies for success.
The (R)evolving Arts Gallery owner and artists will commit to select and support their own respective non-profit(s) through income derived from profits made through the gallery.
The Gallery’s directors, team associates, volunteers and artists will respect all levels of talent and skills within the gallery space.
The Gallery will strive for diversity in mediums and actively recruit minority populations to exhibit their work.
The Gallery directors, team associates and artists will conduct business with integrity modeling honesty and exemplary customer service.
The Gallery will be a place where passion for the Arts, hard work and fun come together to nurture a positive environment.
